Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We are open 7 days a week. To make an appointment please go to our contact page and fill out the form. We have four large changing rooms and plenty of staff on hand to help.
How long should I allow in the shop?

We recommend allowing 1-2 hours to try on a good selection of dresses.
How many dresses can I try on?

As many as you want to!
Should I wear any specific underwear?

You don’t need to wear anything specific as most dresses have fitted bodices.
Do I need to bring shoes with me?

No, we have a wide range of different sizes and styles of bridal shoes in stock so we can provide you with the right shoe to show your dress off to its full potential.
How many people can I bring with me?

We recommend having yourself and up to two friends / family members.
What if my budget is limited?

We can sell you any dress that we have in stock for a special price.
Can I bring a bottle of bubbly with me?

Unfortunately not, only because we don’t want to risk any spillages on the dresses.
What do I do if my dress needs alterations?

We will sort out any wedding dress alterations you need – we have three full-time seamstresses.
Can you keep my dress for me until I need it?

Yes, we have a storage facility at our shop and can keep it as long as you need us to. It will be kept in temperature-controlled conditions, fully insured, and your dress will be steamed and pressed for when you collect it.
